Customer Consent for VOIP Communication and Remote Access

1. VOIP Communication

Customers consent to being contacted by SecurePoint INC through Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) calls, internet-based telephony, or other electronic means of communication for service delivery, troubleshooting, and verification.

India Compliance: This consent is in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines.

U.S. Compliance: This consent is in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.

2. Remote Access to Computer

Customers authorize SecurePoint INC technicians to establish a secure remote connection to their computer or device solely for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

• Remote sessions are initiated only with their explicit permission.
• They may terminate the remote session at any time.
• SecurePoint INC will not access personal files or data unrelated to the stated technical issue.

Customer Acknowledgment

• Acknowledges that SecurePoint INC is an independent support provider.
• Understands that free support is available through official providers.
• Consents to being contacted via VOIP call for service-related purposes.
• Consents to allowing remote connection to their computer/device, with the right to terminate access at any time.
• Agrees that SecurePoint INC is not liable for official provider issues and is only responsible for the scope of services contracted.
